Key findings
- KB taxonomy: company (who) / process (how we plan) / engineering (how we build) / training (how we learn)
- Nerve center repo is per-project; KB must complement Jira/Confluence/Figma, never replace them
- Drift reconciliation (keeping tools in sync) is the primary job of the nerve center
